Criminal Investigations is divided into Special, Juvenile, and Criminal Units and handles follow-up investigations, criminal complaints and warrants, and vice-related investigations. The Administrative Division hires staff, conducts facility maintenance, manages the fleet, and handles records requests. It also includes the Detention Center and Communications Unit.
